Lauren Spencer is a dedicated advocate for injured Texans. A proud graduate of St. Mary’s University, Lauren earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude, before continuing on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2018.

After law school, Lauren gained valuable experience working with several prominent law firms in San Antonio and Austin, where she sharpened her litigation skills and discovered a deep passion for personal injury law. Through this work, she learned that successful representation requires more than legal knowledge—it requires empathy, preparation, and a relentless commitment to fighting for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Lauren approaches every case with care, tenacity, and attention to detail. She is known for building strong relationships with her clients, keeping them informed, and advocating fiercely to ensure they are treated fairly and with respect throughout the legal process.

On multiple occasions, Lauren has been recognized for her professional achievements by Super Lawyers as a Top Attorney in America, a Texas Rising Star, a Top Women Attorney, and a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney.  She is also an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of her legal practice, Lauren and her husband are the proud parents of three children. Lauren brings the same patience, resolve, and sense of responsibility to her legal practice that she does to motherhood. This balance guides her work as an attorney and drives her commitment to protecting families and achieving meaningful outcomes for her clients. Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys traveling and making lasting memories with her family and friends.
