Origin Story
The story of Yarrito & Wolfe begins in Texas with a shared belief that injured people deserve more than just representation. They deserve respect, strategy, and relentless advocacy.
Eric Wolfe and Yudo Yarrito came to personal injury law from different paths, but with the same purpose. Both were shaped by Texas communities, strong family values, and a firsthand understanding of how devastating serious accidents and catastrophic injuries can be for individuals and families. Over years of practice, they each built reputations as zealous advocates who combined results driven litigation with clear, compassionate client communication.
Eric Wolfe was born and raised in southeast Texas and built his career by learning the law from every angle. After earning his business degrees magna cum laude in Houston and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, Eric began representing injured plaintiffs before spending several years on the defense side handling insurance defense, maritime claims, and complex commercial litigation. That experience gave him a rare advantage. He understands how insurers evaluate claims, how defense tactics are developed, and how to prepare cases with precision and a trial focused strategy. Over the course of his career, Eric has helped secure millions of dollars for injured clients in catastrophic injury, commercial vehicle crashes, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases. Known for meticulous preparation and strategic leadership, Eric brings a disciplined, trial focused approach to every case the firm handles.
Yudo Yarrito’s path was equally shaped by perseverance and purpose. Born in Houston and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Yudo’s upbringing instilled in him a deep respect for hard work, family, and community. A first generation college graduate and native Spanish speaker, Yudo earned degrees in accounting and law from St. Mary’s University before launching his legal career in Austin. There, he quickly became known as a tireless advocate for injured Texans, managing an enormous caseload while never losing sight of the person behind each file. Yudo’s background allows him to connect with clients who often feel unheard or overwhelmed, particularly within the Spanish speaking community, and to guide them through the legal process with clarity, patience, and respect.
Over time, Eric and Yudo recognized that their strengths were complementary and that together, they could build a firm grounded in both elite litigation strategy and genuine client care.
