Eric Wolfe is an experienced litigator dedicated to helping injured individuals and families secure the justice and compensation they deserve. Born and raised in southeast Texas and on the Texas Gulf Coast, Eric earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009.
Eric began his legal career in Corpus Christi, representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. He later returned to Houston, where he spent four years with a civil defense litigation firm handling insurance defense, Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, and commercial litigation. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides him with a rare and valuable perspective—allowing him to evaluate cases strategically, anticipate defense tactics, and advocate more effectively for his clients.
In 2015, Eric returned to Corpus Christi to rejoin one of the State’s most prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firms. As part of a litigation team that routinely handled million and multi-million-dollar cases, he played a key role in securing substantial recoveries for clients. That high-stakes experience set the stage for Eric’s move to Austin in 2020 where he joined a top personal injury law firm in the region, first as a senior litigation attorney until his promotion to partner in 2024. There, Eric managed a complex personal injury docket, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, focusing on 18-wheeler and company vehicle crashes, DWI crashes, work injuries, premises liability, and other accidents / incidents resulting in severe bodily injuries, or even death, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), crush injury, amputation, and spine/orthopedic injury necessitating surgery.
Across the course of his career, Eric has handled every aspect of case management and development, whether pre or post suit, and has extensive experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation, and negotiations. He is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and commitment to clear and compassionate client communication at every stage of the case.
Eric’s achievements have been recognized by multiple professional organizations. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to attorneys who have secured million and multi-million-dollar results for their clients. He has also been named among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.
Outside of his legal work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working on his grilling skills, enjoying the beach, RV’ing, playing golf, and relaxing by the pool.
